FAQs

Q: How often do I need to replace the filters? Built-in replacement indicators will notify you when it's time. As a general guide: Carbon filter every 3–4 months, HEPA filter every 12–15 months, and UV lamp every 1–3 years.

Q: Is the filter washable? Yes! The Z-3000 features a washable pre-filter in addition to the Carbon and HEPA filters — making maintenance easier and more cost-effective. (Note: the carbon pre-filter on the Z-1000 is not washable.)

Q: Does it have a timer? Yes! The Z-3000 has a timer setting that shuts off the unit after 2, 4, 8, or 12 hours — great for overnight or scheduled use.

Q: Does it have a Night Mode? I want to use it in my bedroom. Yes! The Z-3000 features Night Mode, which turns off the illuminated air quality display and lights — perfect for a distraction-free sleep environment.
