Shipping policy

1. DELIVERY

1.1 DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Delivery is processed within 3-7 working days after payment confirmation. 

The basic delivery fee is $5. Depending on the weight and size of the parcel, charges may differ. Do note that we only offer Standard Shipping.

1.2 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to selected countries outside of Singapore.

Taxes, custom fees, and import duties are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. You will have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. For more information, please contact your local customs office. 

 2. SHIPPING DELAYS

Nevertheless, you may occasionally experience delays in delivery for reasons such as a high volume of orders being received by us during sale periods, holidays or the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for further instructions. Pls note that additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

4. SELF PICKUP ORDERS

4.1 For self-pickup orders, we will need 2-5 working days for preparation, due to circumstances of stock unavailability. Orders will be ready for pickup within 5 working days.

4.2 Email will be sent to the customer when the order is ready for collection.

4.3  Self pickup is available at all outlets.

4.4 Pls avoid lunch hours, 12pm-2pm

Store Pickup Timing #1 (HQ):  Mon-Fri, 10am to 530pm, and Sat, 10am-1pm

Store Pickup Timing #2 (Great World): Mon to Sun,
1030am - 830pm

Store Pickup Timing #3 (Parkway Parade): Mon to Sun, 1030am - 9pm

Store Pickup Timing #4 (Suntec City): Mon to Fri: 1030am - 9pm, Sat & Sun: 11am-9pm

Store Pickup Timing #5 (Bukit Merah): 

  • Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri: 930am - 7pm
  • Wed: 1030am - 7pm
  • Sat & Sun: 11am - 6pm

4.5 Customers strictly have to provide the confirmation email upon collection. If confirmation email is not provided, Evergreen Stationery has the rights to decline the collection to take place.

4.6 Customers are responsible to check their orders upon collection. For any discrepancies or errors to their orders after the collection, Evergreen Stationery will not be able to rectify the issue.

4.7 All order have to be collected within 7 days from the date of the ready to pick up confirmation email. Any unclaimed orders will be cancelled and discarded without further notice. No full or partial refunds are allowed.

4.8 Exchanges are allowed to be made within the same day of the collection date. Customers have to present their receipt upon making the exchange. Exchanged item have to be of the same value. Any exchanges after the date of collection is strictly not allowed.

4.9 For cases if you would like to change the mode of delivery, please contact us at promo@evergreen.com.sg. We regret to inform you that once delivery have been arranged, we are unable to refund any delivery fee paid to you.
